Siberian squill
Scilla siberica
The bright colour Siberian squill flower just after the yellow star-of-Bethlehem. These beautiful flowers belong to the Asparagaceae family, and they can grow on large stretches of land forming blue carpets. In the Royal Łazienki, there are many of them in the Italian garden, which, in early spring, turns into a blue carpet strewn with Siberian squill.
