The Royal Łazienki gardens reopened after the storm

From 20 July the historic gardens of the Royal Łazienki Museum are partially open to visitors. Only the areas marked on the map above are available. For safety reasons, please move only within their boundaries and under no circumstances exceed the fences.

The gardens of the Łazienki Królewskie Museum are open every day from 6.00 to 21.00.

After the storm, which damaged the tree stand on an unprecedented scale (approx. 100 fellings and scraps), the Museum employees - with the support of external experts - did everything to make the historic gardens available to visitors as quickly as possible. After a few days, part of the vast area was cleared. However, there are places where clean-up works and tree stand inspections must be continued. This requires excluding some areas of historic gardens from use (places marked in gray on the map above in accordance with points 8 and 9 of the "Entrance. Opening hours" section of the Gardens Regulations). Entry to the fenced area is prohibited because it may pose a danger.

Please be especially careful in the gardens. For safety reasons, we ask you to move only within the alleys and use only designated rest areas on the grass, avoiding standing or sitting under tree crowns. Under no circumstances should you cross the barriers that have been placed. For your safety, please do not play or sit on fallen tree stumps and follow the recommendations of Museum employees.
